We do not guarantee specific results such as revenue, ROAS, rankings, or leads, as performance depends on multiple external factors including market conditions, budget, competition, and client cooperation.
Payments & Fees
All fees are outlined in proposals or agreements.
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Any third-party costs (ad spend, tools, platforms, software, subscriptions) are the responsibility of the client and are billed separately.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information required to deliver services.
Approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
Maintain access to necessary platforms (ad accounts, website, analytics, etc.).
Delays or performance issues caused by lack of cooperation are not the responsibility of ADNEX.
Intellectual Property
All strategies, frameworks, documents, creatives, and materials created by ADNEX remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for approved deliverables.
ADNEX retains the right to showcase work for portfolio, marketing, and case study purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including:
Business data
Strategies
Financial information
Login credentials
This obligation remains in effect even after termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
ADNEX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for platform changes, algorithm updates, ad account suspensions, or third-party service disruptions.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to ADNEX for services in the preceding 3 months.
Third-Party Platforms
We work with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, and others. ADNEX is not responsible for:
Policy violations
Account bans or suspensions
Platform outages or changes
Clients are responsible for compliance with all third-party terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as outlined in the agreement. Upon termination:
Outstanding payments become immediately due.
Access to services and materials may be revoked.
No refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws Pakistan without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
